Jeffrey Wolk, President

Jeff Wolk co-founded Fenwick-Keats in 1989 along with Rob Anzalone and in 2006 merged their company with Goodstein Residential, one of New York’s most prominent real estate families. The company has 125 licensed agents working at four Manhattan locations. Wolk, the new company’s Chief Operating Officer, has a long list of business accomplishments:
- Founding Member of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® (MANAR).
- President of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® in 2003.
- REALTOR® of the Year in 2005.
- President of MANAR’s Multiple Listing Service in 2006.
- Currently serves on the prestigious nominating Committee for the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR).

He personally overseas the company’s Townhouse and Investment Property Division, which alone is responsible for the sale of 70 properties in just the past 3 years, generating nearly $200M in revenue.
Wolk also heads Fenwick-Keats Management, a boutique property management company with 55 properties and nearly 1000 units under management.

   

Phyllis Pezenik, Vice President

Phyllis Pezenik possesses sophistication and cornucopia of industry knowledge and experience that is unmatched in Manhattan real estate. For over thirty years, she has successfully built an intercontinental real estate reputation with a foundation of integrity, compassion and faultless execution.

Phyllis is on the Board of Directors for MANAR, a member of The Employee Relocation Council and featured lecturer at The Real Estate Academy of New York. In addition to her professional presence in United States, she is actively involved in real estate affairs overseas including Asia and Central Europe.

Prior to her leadership position at DJK Residential, Phyllis Pezenik reinvented herself many times as a respected real estate entrepreneur and professional. Accomplishments include: developing and growing a highly successful architectural design firm; serving as the chairman of the Old Westbury Board of Appeals; and a multi-million dollar producing sales agent at a top Manhattan brokerage. She continues to build her portfolio of real estate skills and certifications as a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY); member of the New York State Association of Realtors; and the National Association of Realtors.

Frederick P. Wohlfarth, Treasurer

Frederick P. Wohlfarth is a specialist in residential real estate who knows the real estate business from the ground up. Rick established Wohlfarth & Associates, his own Upper West Side brokerage firm in 1978, after five years of valuable experience in New York City's vacant building program, as a developer and general contractor creating moderate and low income housing in fringe areas. Rick also brings to the field professional experience in accounting -- he's a CPA who has worked for ten years with both a public accounting firm and a Fortune 500 company. As an investor in New York City buildings for co-op conversion and condominium development, Rick lives on the Upper West Side and thus has the advantage of knowing intimately the townhouses, co-ops and condominiums from Central Park West to Riverside Drive, from Columbia University to Central Park South, and he is knowledgeable about properties all over the city. Klara Madlin R. E. is a boutique agency located on West 80th Street in the heart of the Upper West Side. Established in 1984, the firm specializes in the sale of cooperatives and condominium apartments and townhouses throughout the diverse neighborhoods of Manhattan. Recently the firm added a rental division to accommodate the needs of Manhattan residents. Klara Madlin is the 2008 President of MANAR (Manhattan Association of Realtors). She was a founder of Westpro, a WestSide Broker Association which merged with the Real Estate Board of New York. Klara Madlin is also a member of FIABCI which is an International Real Estate Group.
