Klara Madlin R. E. is a boutique agency located on West 80th Street in the heart of the Upper West Side. Established in 1984, the firm specializes in the sale of cooperatives and condominium apartments and townhouses throughout the diverse neighborhoods of Manhattan. Recently the firm added a rental division to accommodate the needs of Manhattan residents. The firm has a staff of fifteen sales people, all of them highly trained professionals who specialize in Manhattan. Our policy is to give individual attention and service to whomever we work with. Klara Madlin is the 2008 President of MANAR (Manhattan Association of Realtors). She was a founder of Westpro, a WestSide Broker Association which merged with the Real Estate Board of New York. Frederick P. Wohlfarth is a specialist in residential real estate who knows the real estate business from the ground up.
